The Bright Minded is published by Rosalia Mazza, based in Italy. This policy explains what data we collect and what we do with it.

What we collect

At this stage, The Bright Minded does not collect personal data. There is no newsletter, no registration, no contact form. The only data processed is anonymous analytics through Matomo — page views, approximate location, device type, referral source. This data is aggregated and never linked to an individual.

If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and the content of your message. We use this only to reply to you. We do not add you to any list or share your information with anyone.

How long we keep data

Email correspondence is kept for as long as it is relevant to the conversation. Analytics data is retained according to Matomo's standard retention settings.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you. Since we collect almost none, this is unlikely to be relevant — but if it is, write to us at privacy@thebrightminded.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Third party services

We use Matomo Cloud for analytics. Matomo processes data on our behalf under a data processing agreement. You can read Matomo's privacy policy at matomo.org/privacy-policy.

Changes to this policy

If we start collecting more data — for instance when a newsletter launches — we will update this policy and note the date of the change at the top of this page.
